The heat exchanger is mainly composed of plate, end piece, inlet and outlet pipe box and head. The fluid flows through the inlet and outlet flanges in the form of countercurrent. Due to the tortuous ripples on the plate, the fluid is constantly turning in the flow channel, forming turbulence, thus greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
