The economic operation of biomass boiler means that the steam boiler plays the biggest role at the lowest cost. The operating costs of the biomass steam boiler mainly include: fuel costs, water charges, electricity costs, and staff salaries. Among them, the fuel cost accounts for the largest proportion. If the biomass steam boiler thermal efficiency can be effectively improved, the operating cost of the biomass steam boiler can be better controlled and the operating level of the boiler can be improved.
Controlling boiler fuel consumption can be considered from the following aspects:
(1)Fuel selection of biomass steam boilers the calorific value of the fuel used in the boiler should be as close as possible to the calorific value of the designed fuel.
(2) when the heat user has a large change in the steam required load, they should contact the boiler room in advance to adjust the load of the boiler in order to ensure the biomass boiler runs at a more economical working point.
(3) This requires the heating boiler to adjust the amount of heat supplied by the boiler according to the ambient temperature.
