Steam boiler in textile industry
The latest research report provided by China Textile Economic Research Center shows the following situation. At present, the total energy consumption of China's textile industry accounts for 4.3% of the total energy consumption of the country's industry, and the water consumption of Enterprises above the scale accounts for 8.51% of the national industrial enterprises, and the discharge of waste water accounts for 10% of the total amount of industrial waste water discharged from the country.Among them, the total energy consumption of the textile industry mainly comes from the fuel consumption of gas boilers, the production of mechanical electricity, and the daily use of electricity.
The high temperature steam produced by gas boiler is essential for dyeing, drying, pressing, shaping and other steps in the textile industry. If textile companies want to reduce energy costs, one of the best ways is to use energy-efficient gas boilers. However, at present, many enterprises only focus on the current short-term benefits, and are unwilling to invest more energy saving gas boilers in order to save fuel. In all aspects of the data, most textile and garment enterprises are insufficient in energy saving and emission reduction, the adoption rate of advanced technology and equipment is low, and the overall work of energy saving and emission reduction in the industry is still a long way to go.
