gas fired boiler of efficient
Natural gas used in gas fired boilers can be divided into two kinds, gas field gas and oil field associated gas.
Gas field gas is characterized by high methane content, usually up to 90% or more. The content of ethane and other heavy hydrocarbons is about 2%-3%. And the content of H2S, CO2, N2 and so on is very little. That is to say, the heat in the gas fired boiler that uses gas field gas is mainly from the combustion of methane.
The methane content of the oil field associated gas in the oil field is 75%-85% slightly lower than that of gas field gas. The content of heavy hydrocarbons, such as C2H6 and C3H8, is above 10%. This indicates that the percentage of heat from methane combustion in gas-fired boilers with associated gas in the oilfield should be less than the percentage of heat from methane combustion in gas fired gas fired boilers.
In a word, natural gas is a good power fuel for gas fired boilers. It has high calorific value and good combustion economy. At the same time, it is also a good chemical raw material.
