Classification and characteristics of waste heat boiler
The waste heat boiler is a factory that burns some substances and replaces lots of hot gas and hot smoke. A lot of heat will be discharged directly, which will cause the enterprise to lose a lot of thermal energy. Therefore, it is necessary to use the heat recovery boiler to make good use of this heat. First of all, according to the difference in properties, temperature and composition of waste heat flue gas, the HRSG is also divided into different design structures and categories.
First of all, the types of HRSG can be divided into the following categories.
1, according to the structural characteristics of HRSG, the HRSG can be divided into shell and tube HRSG and Flue-type waste heat boiler.
2. The waste heat boiler can be divided into five kinds according to the gas quantity and gas composition imported from the waste heat boiler. The first kind is that the flue gas is not more than 20g/Nm, the second is from 20g/Nm to 70g/Nm, and the third is the gas mass greater than 70g/Nm, and the fourth is the waste heat boiler with sticky smoke in the high temperature flue gas; the fifth is the strong corrosion component in the high temperature flue gas or the strong corrosion component of the high temperature flue gas or the fifth kind of flue gas containing strong corrosion components or A waste heat boiler with toxic, harmful substances and gases.
3. According to the pressure grade of steam in the waste heat boiler, the waste heat boiler can be divided into middle and low pressure steam boiler, high pressure waste heat steam boiler and ultra high pressure, critical steam waste heat boiler.
4, according to the difference between the heating area and the site restriction of the HRSG, the HRSG can be divided into two types: the horizontal HRSG and the vertical HRSG.
5, according to the characteristics of the working flow of the fume, HRSG is also divided into natural circulation waste heat boiler, forced circulation waste heat boiler and so on. Natural circulation is the natural circulation of high temperature flue gas along a certain direction, the temperature difference of the steam water mixture in the pipe and so on, which can keep the high temperature flue gas directional, stable and uniform flow, and the natural circulation heat boiler can be used. Forced circulation is a device for adding directional fans and other forced high temperature exhaust gas near the outlet of exhaust heat boiler.
